Welcome to Our Members Page! Our members are comprised of a wide variety of people from Redford Township and the surrounding areas. We are mechanics, homemakers, administrative workers, maintenance guys, managers, teachers, electricians, truck drivers, chefs and many, many more! We are young people aged 21-40 coming together from all different backgrounds and experiences to pool our knowledge and resources and learn from each other. What Our Members Say About Us..."The Jaycees have shown me what it takes to become a leader and over the years I have obtained many friendships Statewide, without the friendliness of people in the organization that would not have been possible!" Sean May, General Member
"I never thought I could give AND get so much out of an organization in such a short amount of time. If you think it's too late to join when you are 39, you're wrong." Becky Thomason "Since becoming a member of the Jaycees, I have had the chance to grow as a person through all of the opportunities that have been provided. It has also given me some of the best friends I have ever had." Jason Perchikoff "People join the Jaycees for many different reasons, some join to meet people, others join for the networking opportunities, and I joined the Jaycees for a different reason. When we moved into Redford, my wife Doreen and I noticed that you can be in one of two groups; Group 1: That sits back and complains about everything that's wrong in their community and surroundings, or Group 2: That takes charge and tries to make a positive change for the better in their community and surroundings. We knew that the only group we were willing to be a part of was Group 2. Just remember "YOU GET OUT OF THIS ORGANIZATION, WHAT YOU PUT IN." John Arwood, 54th President, Redford Junior Chamber
